A Brand Ambassador, or Brand Representative, is responsible for promoting an organization’s products or services. Their duties may include answering the public’s questions about a particular organization and its offerings, attending events and product launches to report about new products and providing positive feedback about an organization using their digital platforms as well as Guest Registration, Directional and Food & Beverage Service.
